August 18th 2012 – an article was publish in Haaretz about a 11 year old boy in Jerusalem who was placed in a special education school against the father’s wish and the recommendation of a psychologist. The case was taken to court by Hila, Tebeka and the Ramat Gan Educational Legal Clinic. More articles and subsequent positive verdict will follow.
