Ami SteinitzChairman of the Board. BA Art History, Art Collector; runs a social art workshop for schools in Ramat Eliahoo neighborhood, the initiator and promoter of "the school as a cultural campus" program which advances a multi-disiplinary approach to arts in school.  Member of Hila's Board since 10 years.
 
Sophie Maatuk – HILA activist for more than 9 years, education activist and head of school Parent Council, mother of 6, salesperson in Maariv newspaper. 
 
Dr. Ariela Beeri Ben Ishai – Postgraduate from Harvard University about Kedma School, one of the founders of Neve Shalom, guide of Jewish-Arab group meetings for 20 years, head of department for group guidance in a multi cultural society in Beit Berl College.  
 
Ronit Chaham – Playwright and children's book author, runs children's reading and writing enrichment courses in schools, social justice activist.
 
Ahmed Masarwa : Field activist; coordinator of the local parent group in Ar’ara; graduate of HILA’s parent empowerment courses; successfully struggled against the privatization of Ar’ara’s local high school; owns an office supply shop.

Amichay Yehuda : HILA’s Parent Group Coordinator and activist for 18 years. BA Middle Eastern Studies, Tel Aviv University. Head of Ashkelon Shore Regional Municipality Parent Forum.

Noga Dagan Buzaglo: Legal consultant and general activist. Social activist in fields of education and labor for the past 20 years, among the initiators of Kedma school, researcher and lecturer in Adva Center. MA Sociology, Hebrew University, L.L.B., Tel Aviv University.

Caroline Freeman: Resource development coordinator of Hila. Studied in Computer Science and Ancient History at Stockholm University. Experiences in Human Resource Management and Customer Service. Manager of Internet café for street kids in Sweden. Residing in Israel since 1 year.
